OFFICE PHILOSOPHY

We strive for excellence in every aspect of your dental care, and we will always do our best.

We respect your appointed time, and make every effort to stay on schedule ourselves.  Since we rarely are late, please understand if we are delayed because of an unusual dental emergency.

If you have an emergency dental problem, you will be seen as soon as possible.

If you should have a change of plans, as we know personal matters will arise, we require that you please give us at least 24 hr notice of cancellation / reschedule.

FINANCIAL POLICY

Payment is due on the day services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made. 

We will submit your dental insurance claims at no charge and we expect you to pay for services rendered on the day of service.

For treatment plans that require a large financial investment in your dental health, feel free to discuss with us the several payment plans we have available.

Sound financial arrangements enable us to deliver more needed dental care to our patients and helps us to keep our fees stable while providing quality dental care.
